Replaces the add-page bar with a plus-circle button: 24 px, centred on each free edge of the active page and 6 px off it. The size and gap stay the same on screen at any zoom. It's faint by default and turns the accent colour on hover/focus. Taps still go through the palm-checked gesture from #8, and keyboard activation still works. Use a plus-circle button for adding pages 4cc2f1ae74

Replace the add-page bar with a 24 px plus-circle button centred on
each free edge of the active page, 6 px off the edge (constant in
screen pixels). Taps still go through the palm-checked gesture.
